Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and dispatched via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most metro orders arrive within a few days of dispatch.
We don’t currently offer free shipping. Postage is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery address, so you’ll always see the exact cost before you pay.
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. International shipping is not available at this stage.
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Return postage is paid by the customer, and refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
