At Pure Nest Australia, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped domestically within Australia via Australia Post.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Options and Costs

We ship all orders via Australia Post. At checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options based on your delivery address, including:

• Standard Post – estimated delivery timeframes vary by destination
• Express Post – faster delivery for when you need it sooner

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Out-of-Stock Items

We stock a wide range of products and aim to fulfil all orders promptly. Some items may be available to purchase while temporarily out of stock. In the event that an item you have ordered is not immediately available:

• We will contact you within 1 business day to advise you
• Restocking typically takes up to 7 days
• You may choose to wait for the item, substitute it with another product, or receive a full refund

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Pure Nest Australia ships within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
